Mrs. Paschall's English Classes

Elizabethan England Daily Life

You are leading a tour group through England in the 1600s. Your job is to make sure your clients understand how to get along in daily life. You should focus on dress, food, home life, occupations, religion, and any other aspect of daily life you feel is appropriate. However, avoid the topics of entertainment, as another tour group leader will handle that topic. You can either answer these questions through a (1) a preliminary letter to your tour group (see pp. 1063-5 in your lit book for examples), (2) a brochure, or (3) any other creative way that you propose to Mrs. Paschall. Simply make sure
to print out your final version and turn it in.

Be sure to answer the following questions:
How do people dress?
What do they eat?
What do they do all day?

You may use the following official sources. You may also use any other reliable and credible sources you can find. Keep a record of your sources, and place them on a Works Cited page when you are finished.
